Bee Whiteman
Bee Whiteman has over 30 years of business and property experience in the UK. After arriving in the UK 37 years ago with no English, she built her career through property management, lettings, project management, investment, and business consultancy.
At the age of 26, Bee bought her first property and went on to unlock its full potential through a side extension, loft extension, rear extension, and title split. What began as a GBP120,000 purchase ultimately generated more than GBP1 million in value and shaped her long-term understanding of property, strategy, and wealth creation.
Over the years, Bee has managed more than 100 properties, spent 25 years self-employed, and supported hundreds of clients with practical business guidance and consultancy. She has also helped raise more than GBP5 million for property projects and business loans, helping clients access the funding they need to grow, invest, and move forward.
As a bilingual professional, Bee has built a strong network across communities and has become a trusted bridge for Turkish-speaking business owners in the UK. Her approach is practical, straightforward, and based on real experience rather than theory.
